TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Thank you for your interest in my work! Please be aware of the terms and conditions before reserving an appointment for all types of tattoo services:

-You understand that this procedure is a permanent change in your skin and your body;

-You understand that your artist, Tattoos by Olive, reserves the right to refuse your tattoo project for any reason they deem valid;

-You understand that no refunds are possible for deposits or tattoos;

-You must notify me at least 72 hours before an appointment if you have to move it for any reason, otherwise you will lose your deposit.

-You must arrive at your appointment NOT under the influence of drugs or alcohol, which could affect your tattoo. Your artist reserves the right to cancel your tattoo if you do not comply.

-You understand that Tattoos by Olive has no means to identify if you are allergic to the elements or ingredients that will be used for your tattoo, this includes inks, soaps, second skin and any materials used during the tattoo;

-You must notify me of any underlying conditions that may affect your tattoo and/or healing;

-You agree to take care of the tattoo by following the instructions given to you by Tattoos by Olive;

-Not following care instructions provided by the artist will result in the loss of rights to a free touch up;

-You understand that you will increase your risk of getting an infection if you do not follow the instructions given to you regarding the maintenance of your tattoo;

-You release Tattoos by Olive from all claims, expenses, damages and responsibilities;

-You confirm that the information you provided when scheduling an appointment is accurate and truthful;

-You confirm that an appointment request can be canceled at any time if the proposed project or the information provided in the appointment form does not reflect the values or criteria of Tattoos by Olive;

-By booking an appointment you accept the terms and conditions listed above.
